Stuart McCulloch

Founder & Lead Consultant

Stuart is a strategic and values-driven business professional with over 20 years of senior leadership experience across operations, finance, HR, governance, organisational development, and business support within the charity, education, and not-for-profit sectors.

With extensive experience leading finance, HR, commercial operations, systems transformation, governance, and organisational strategy, Stuart is known for a practical, people-focused approach that combines operational expertise with calm, supportive leadership.

Throughout his career, Stuart has worked closely with Boards, Trustees, senior leaders, businesses, charities, and individuals to improve systems, strengthen organisational confidence, support workplace development, and create practical solutions that genuinely work for people.

Passionate about simplifying complex challenges, Stuart believes support should feel approachable, personalised, and free from unnecessary jargon. His work is centred around helping organisations and individuals feel more organised, confident, supported, and capable of achieving sustainable success.

Stuart is particularly passionate about workplace wellbeing, professional development, inclusive leadership, neurodiversity support, and helping organisations create positive and people-focused workplace cultures that can adapt and thrive in an evolving professional landscape.

Denise Kuan

HR Specialist

Denise is a forward-thinking HR professional with over 10 years of experience across HR policies, systems, employee relations, and expatriate management, complimented by a background in hospitality and operations management.

Holds Associate CIPD membership alongside a CMI Level 7 qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice, as well as an MSc, MBA, and BA (Hons).

Known for a practical, people-focused approach and a passion for thinking outside the box, with a strong belief that the shift of HR from a compliance-driven function to a people-centric enabler of business success is a positive evolution.

Committed to helping HR and organisations remain agile, adaptable, and innovative in response to changing workplace expectations.
